About College Property
College is an integrated construction, development and project management business. Operations commenced in 2013 and since then the group has sought to ‘build’ its own projects while simultaneously supporting key partners with construction expertise/advice and project delivery.
We maintain a multifaceted construction and development capability with extensive experience across all sectors and a focus on architect and client partnerships through early design and cost intervention/advice.
Our Project delivery model emphasises clear communication, quality construction and cost and time management to ensure a successful outcome for all parties

Roger has 30+ years experience in the construction industry initially with Kane Constructions in a project management role before co-founding Ducon Pty Ltd in 2002.
Under his shared guidance The Ducon Group grew to be a successful multi faceted, industry respected company with a $50M+ turnover. Since College’s inception Roger has managed the construction side of the business and overseen the successful delivery of all projects
Tim Lamb has over 20 years experience in finance, property and operational businesses. He runs the financing side of College Property. Formerly at both ANZ and Macquarie bank, he has substantial experience across a range of sectors including wholesale, retail, transport and infrastructure.
In addition, he provides expertise on sustainability and performance solutions that align with his qualifications and passions in this area
Capability
College Construction maintains a multi-sector capability up to $10m in value. The residential division crafts bespoke architectural residences while the commercial arm partners with valued clients to efficiently deliver projects to a high quality and within commercial time and budget constraints.
College Property focuses on the procurement and development of high quality boutique residential and commercial developments from concept to completion. Projects are across various industry sectors with an emphasis on good architectural solutions, sustainability and quality construction.
